  • Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or agreed platform.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.  Failure to do so may result in a charge for the missed session.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
  • Payment processors used on our website are secure and third-party operated.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and know of no reason why you should not participate in physical activity.
  • We are not medical professionals and our services should not be taken as medical advice.
